Customer story · Window coverings
Measured at home. Ordered on the spot.
Azura (Shutterkoning) sells shutters and window coverings online and during home visits. With oneCORE, advisers measure, configure and order in the customer’s living room, and every order lands in Salesforce.
Shutters and window coverings
The challenge
The sale happens in the living room.
Window coverings are measured at the customer’s home. The adviser needs to configure, price and order on the spot.
[Before vs. now to confirm with Azura: how did measuring and quoting work at Shutterkoning before oneCORE?]
How we built it
Build to Go, in three layers.
One platform online and at home.
oneCORE runs Azura’s e-commerce website and the sales portal advisers use during home visits.
Connected to Salesforce.
Orders and quotes go straight into Azura’s Salesforce. Customers can request an AI impression: an image of the window covering in their own room, sent by email and PDF.
Visual without 3D.
3D was deliberately left out. [Confirm with Leon: was this our advice?] AI impressions show the result in the customer’s own room instead.
See it in 3D
See it in your own room.
Azura uses AI impressions instead of 3D: the window covering, shown in the customer’s own room.
[Visual example: show an AI impression of a shutter in a room, or a short clip of the sales portal during a home visit. Azura has no 3D configurator]
The outcome
How oneCORE supports Azura today.
- Advisers configure and order during the home visit.
- Every order and quote lands in Salesforce.
- Customers see the result in their own room with AI impressions.
- [Add a before/after from Azura]
“Optional quote to request from Azura, with approval.”
