How we work

Start with one module. Grow at your own pace.

Most customers start with a configurator, a webshop or a dealer portal. Everything you add later runs on the same platform.

Room to grow

New product lines, countries, dealers or integrations are added to the platform you already have, and so is AI, for example to write product content or create product images. You don’t have to start over.

What oneCORE does

Made to measure shouldn’t mean made by hand.

Too often the quote still comes from a spreadsheet, the order is typed over and every channel sells its own way. oneCORE puts your products, rules and prices in one place, so your webshop, dealers, sales team and showroom all configure, price and order from it.

  • VisualizeConfigurable products in 2D, 3D or AR, online and in the showroom.
  • AutomateEvery configuration becomes a quote or an order, without typing it over.
  • ConnectLinked to your ERP, CRM, webshop and the systems you already use.
  • ScaleSeveral brands, countries and dealers on one platform.

Questions makers ask us

Before you book a demo.

The short answers. For your own products, a demo tells you more.

Who builds and maintains our configurator?

Our own team in Eindhoven: developers, 3D artists, designers and project managers. The people who build your platform are the people you talk to after the launch.

How long until we’re live?

That depends on the number of products and options, and on whether you have 3D models. In the demo we look at your products and give you a realistic timeline.

What do we need to provide?

Your products, options, rules and prices, in the form you have them. A spreadsheet is fine: Glass Inside’s configurator runs on its own Excel price list.

Can you use our existing 3D or CAD models?

Most of the time, yes. Our 3D artists import models from Maya, 3ds Max or Blender and prepare them for the web. Reusing them saves time and cost.

Can we keep our current webshop?

Yes. The configurator can run in the webshop you already have: Bogard keeps WooCommerce and George at Work keeps Magento. Or we build your whole webshop on oneCORE, as we did for Table du Sud and PUUUR.

How do you use AI?

Where it helps: images of a configured outdoor kitchen in a real setting (Lusso Outdoor), product images rendered from 3D and refined with AI (Sawiday), and integrations built faster with our AI low-code method (Bogard). Every configurator is tested with your real products before it goes live.

What does it cost?

You start with one module and add more as you grow. Book a demo and we’ll tell you what your setup would cost.

Where is our data hosted?

oneCORE is hosted in the EU. Ask us in the demo for the details on security and uptime.

Want to see oneCORE with your own products?

Customers  /  Bogard

Customer story · Furniture

One configurator. Online and in the store.

Bogard makes custom dining and coffee tables by hand in Bergeijk, known for its concrete-look designs. With oneCORE, customers design their table on Bogard’s own webshop or on a screen at Loods 5, and every order lands in one place.

10
places in the Netherlands to see and buy Bogard

The challenge

A made-to-measure table, sold in two very different places.

Bogard’s tables are configured by the customer: shape, finish, size, edge and base. Every table is made to order in Bergeijk. Bogard sells them on its own WordPress and WooCommerce webshop, and in shop-in-shop locations such as Loods 5, where the store runs its own ordering and till system.

The question: how do you let customers configure the same table in both places, without replacing the webshop or the store’s till, and without orders ending up in two different systems?

How we built it

Build to Go, in three layers.

01
Build to last

A configurator inside the webshop Bogard already had.

We built the oneCORE product configurator into Bogard’s existing WordPress and WooCommerce site. Customers design their table online, and the finished configuration goes straight into the shopping cart.

No new webshop, no migration. Bogard keeps the store it knows, and oneCORE adds the configuration on top.

02
Build to ignite

Taking the same configurator into the store.

At Loods 5, the configurator runs on an in-store screen through the Yuna Player, oneCORE’s app for showroom screens. Customers design their table on the spot.

Instead of asking the store to change its till, we worked with it. Each configuration is turned into barcodes that go through the Loods 5 till, so the customer pays the way they normally would. For the integration with WooCommerce we used our AI low-code method, so configurations and orders sync automatically.

Build to lead

Every order in one place, ready for the next store.

Whether a table is sold online or in a partner store, the order and its full configuration land automatically in Bogard’s own WooCommerce. Order handling stays central, in one system Bogard controls.

Because the configurator works the same everywhere, Bogard can add new shop-in-shop locations without building anything new.

The outcome

  • Customers design their own table online and in the store, with the same configurator.
  • Bogard kept its existing webshop; the store kept its existing till.
  • Configured orders from both channels arrive automatically in Bogard’s WooCommerce.
  • New shop-in-shop locations can run the same setup.

Klanten  /  Bogard

Klantverhaal · Meubels

Build to Go, in drie lagen.

01
Build to last

02
Build to ignite

Zo ondersteunt oneCORE Bogard vandaag.

The challenge

From a few coffee tables to complete collections.

PUUUR started with a few coffee tables sold through regional retailers. Today it makes complete collections of tables and TV and wall furniture, sold online, in two showrooms and through dealers.

Growth like that breaks spreadsheets. Customers needed clear prices, dealers needed a simple way to order, and every piece is still made by hand to order.

The question: how do you keep one clear price structure and one order flow when you sell online, in your own showrooms and through dealers?

How we built it

Build to Go, in three layers.

01
Build to last

One backbone for everything PUUUR sells online.

oneCORE runs PUUUR’s e-commerce website. Prices follow one standardised structure, so every customer sees the right price for their configuration.

Customers configure pieces such as TV and wall units themselves, and can share their 3D configuration by email.

02

We helped PUUUR reorganise its dealer network. Dealer orders now come in through the same platform as webshop orders.
